Her interest and instinct in customer behavior has given her the edge to develop and implement powerful business and marketing plans to reach distinct customer groups with desirable products, services and messages.
Irene has a Business Administration degree. She was awared as Chevening Business Scholar by British Government Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1998 to receive leadership training in United Kingdom.

Alicia Kelley is a former educator and brings over 20 years combined experience in sales, customer service and education to the team at CallSeniorCare.com. Ms. Kelley is the Program Director for CallSeniorCare.com and is responsible for marketing and sales as well as customer relations.
Ms. Kelley received her B.S. in Mathematics Education from Youngstown State University and she is a former instructor at the New Castle School of Trades. Ms. Kelley also owned and operated a successful photography studio before relocating to the Raleigh, NC area.
